eLicense Help

Has anyone been having issues getting a hold of eLicense? I've been trying to get a hold of them for over a week now to get my Front Office Football 7 license reset but i can't get any response.

Any one have any suggestions on what to do? I don't feel that i should have to buy the game again.

Try contacting Solecismic Customer Support as well. The one time I had to contact support[at]elicense they responded in two days (this was four years ago), but generally I think we all, including Jim, agree they are bad at being responsive.

Maybe he'd be able to help you out.

I've been waiting over a month and still no response from them.

I know I mention this quite a bit when these threads pop up, but I sent elicense a message about a year and a half ago, maybe two years at this point. They still haven't gotten back to me. Do they still exist as a company or are they merely taking royalty checks at this point?

I found a phone number on their website that i will try calling tomorrow to see if they pick up. I hope i can get a hold of them.
