Is there any way to make my QB NOT run? I don't know what setting to change to get him to stay in the damn pocket unless absolutely necessary. I hate that my pocket QB has 50+ rushes on the season, even if he does have a decent scramble frequency. As his coach, I want that mofo to throw the ball and hand it off and avoid all the hits that he can.

I don't think there is a way to do that. Mine scrambles like a Vick/Griffin/Wilson clone. Racks up close to 1000 yards per season, and misses all or part of 2 games due to the inevitable injuries.

But you're not the coach...

You can make him run less by throwing less. But the more you throw, the more he'll scramble. Period. Scramblers gonna scramble.

I honestly cannot remember the last time I saw a QB get injured during a scramble IRL.

Ryan Fitzpatrick got hurt against the Ravens, but I doubt many people cared. ;)
