How do you set up the duration of training camp drills? Is it possible to move time from an evening drill to a morning drill?

All you can do is change the start time for most (but not all) of the activities. By making one activity longer you make the activity before it shorter, so you may have to shuffle changes along a bit (if I'm remembering correctly).
You can't shift things to a different part of the day entirely, and the meals and sleep are fixed (in duration at least).
So, edit start times and you should quickly see what is possible.

May not want to answer this, since I know man of you play leagues but like on avg how much time do you spend training, pass, runs, def, study, & the 5th item can't remember what it is called right off. I been playing around with it but have not found any major help in an way.

I normally use the recommended defaults with some exceptions (based on my team). For example, if I have a young team, I'll spent a little more time on team functions. In addition, I do spent a lot less time on film study. That time can be allocated elsewhere, usually pass or run offense.

Film study is one spot I like to take time out of, but not too much. Some people are of the opinion that film study makes no impact at all. However, it's hard to quantify how much impact any of the TC settings actually makes, so I personally try not to go to extremes.

For me:
-if I'm developing a young QB, I add time to film study
-if my team has good chemistry, I add time to team activities, sometimes a lot
-i generally adjust time among the on-field functions modestly based on my gameplan focus
..and that's about it. A typical setup for me with a veteran QB would be to add an hour of time to passing offense, add two hours to team activities, and shave down most everything else to make up that room. But my teams are often heavy into god chemistry, so YMMV.

And that's no typo, Quik's teams are god-like about chemistry.
I actually thought the team activities part of TC was about cohesion, but you might be right...I haven't read the actual description in a while.

90% sure, from direct experience, that it just affects cohesion

So that's why my stud T took a very team friendly deal.
