Elicense to Steam problem

Hi guys
I couldn't unlicense my copy due to an error (-12) so i sent a mail to elicense like a week ago and still didn't get an answer(only an automatically sent mail which says a new ticket has been created). Since the end of february only few days away i'm quite preoccupied that i might not get my steam key. What can i do, can anyone help me?

early this month they got back to me within a day. The next time it was 10 days and they didn't undo both licenses. I can't believe these guys stay in business. Crazy

This is what happened to me. I just repurchased the game.

I do sent another email but no propgress so far, and since i'm in no position to repurchase it i guess i will just keep using the elicense version.
