[Help] How to contact Solecismic (about License conversion)?

Hi Folks,
I'm trying to convert my FOF license from Viatech to Steam using the form provided on the Solecismic website. I did it three times but after a couple of weeks I'm still waiting for an answer and I couldn't find a way to directly contact them. Any hints?

As a courtesy to those who own Front Office Football Seven, and prefer the Steam environment and DRM, we will offer free conversion of ViaTech licenses until the end of February 2015.
Since this process requires a lot of time, and we're not charging people for the conversion, we can only accept one request per customer. We won't be able to respond to emailed questions about the process. If we can't fill this request, that decision is final. There will be no exceptions.
