I'm new to FOF7. I have noticed that when I set my formations for my gameplans that the AI keeps switching them all up. Is there a way to prevent this. And yes I have control of 1 team..

Not enough information to know exactly what's happening for you. But as a starting point, ensure that (1) the values you're putting in total 100% because otherwise the game will adjust the values for you, and (2) your coaches aren't responsible for setting your gameplan under the SP options.

all variables are set to 100, but sometime during the game or going to next game, they all get set back to what the AI had to begin with....

Single player options "coach controls game plan" is probably set to yes
