Is there a fitness app out there that provides a daily (or 4-5 times a week or whatever) challenge type of system?

For instance, you wake up Monday morning and it says, "Run 3 miles, and after each mile, do 50 pushups."

The the next day it would have you do like a series of exercise challenges (50 squats!) or whatever?

I'm looking for something that provides some variety without the user having to spend forever setting things up.

My searches always turn up more of the same tired, over advertised, apps.
