Seems like we are all going to compete for 2nd place !

Possibly, but there's a long way to go. You're in pretty good shape.

Yeah, I lost Hilliard (Nova) and Russell (tOSU) today.

In fairness, getting 2 games out of your 10+ is just gravy. But that kid was a solid pick.

Pretty big game between Lville and N Ia today with 4 teams involved.

I think the whole idea is to try to find a 10+ guy who not only scores, but has a solid chance of playing an extra game. Russell was a prime example of that.

britrock88 196 3
sooner333 169 5
Karlifornia 161 3
kingfc22 153 3
bhlloy 153 3

Through Thursday's Sweet 16 games:

Game A Points Players Left
britrock88 213 3
sooner333 193 4
bhlloy 188 3
kingfc22 165 2
Lathum 162 3
Karlifornia 161 3
BillyNYC 148 4
B & B 143 3
wade moore 121 2
Young Drachma 113 1

Sooner has 3 guys playing today (Quinn Cook, Isaiah Cousins, Terry Rozier) to my 1 (Buddy Hield), so we may see a lead change tonight.

After the Sweet 16:

Game A Points Players Left
britrock88 234 2
sooner333 226 3
Karlifornia 200 3
bhlloy 198 3
Lathum 186 3
kingfc22 181 2
BillyNYC 179 3
B & B 157 3
wade moore 139 2
Young Drachma 113 1

I'm guaranteed to lose someone today, so Sooner becomes the presumptive favorite on the backs of Duke (blecch) and the ACC overachievers in ND and Lulville.

Here's the rundown of who's still playing among the top 4:

sooner: Quinn Cook (58)
britrock: Nigel Hayes (49)
Lathum: Frank Kaminsky (91), Andrew Harrison (39)
bhlloy: Aaron Harrison (34), Sam Dekker (87)

Wisconsin's big two could make things very close as of Saturday.

Safe to say I'm pulling for myself, Lathum, and bhlloy...

Cook's averaging 15 a game, Kaminsky 22, Hayes 12, Decker 21. So we're looking at a high potential for a razor-thin margin between sooner and Lathum.

Final standings...

Game A Points Players Left
Lathum 292 0
sooner333 287 0
britrock88 284 0
bhlloy 275 0
Karlifornia 262 0
kingfc22 246 0
BillyNYC 234 0
B & B 225 0
wade moore 159 0
Young Drachma 121 0

I get the smallest of consolations that Kaminsky's 21-point night gives Lathum the edge over Sooner's 6-point showing from Cook.
