WW-Samurai pitch

I've fleshed out the mechanics of a Edo Period, samurai v ninja WW game and wanted to pitch it to a vet that runs games. Obviously, if I share the details with you you'd have to run the game if you think it's a good premise...or at least not participate (hopefully you can run it). I can compose the lore, still needs fleshing out, but the mechanics are there to be reviewed for balance and entertainment value.
