Anyone Having Paypal Issues?

Tried funding twice from my bank and both times failed. Called this morning and the lady talked about upgrades and issues and what not and set me up to try again but I'm not holding my breath.

Has anyone else been experiencing any issues lately?

For some reason I read this as Papal issues.
