Curious for those that vote in things like this. When a team has a big injury (say, ND at QB / RB the last two weeks), do you drop the team after the injury based on the perceived damage that the injury will cause or do you wait until they actually lose / look bad with the replacements?
The ND game isn't a perfect example b/c they didn't play all that great before the injury this past weekend and the sample size of games is still small, but I was just curious.

Case by case for me.
Generally speaking once the season starts I won't downgrade someone until they take their lumps with the backups.
In preseason? Yeah, then since it's entirely a poll based on expectations with no in-season results to be factored, that's a time I'll downgrade a team due to injury (for example, that's why Arkansas wasn't even an afterthought as I put my preseason poll together)

I try to base everything on what has actually happened instead of speculation. Granted, early in the season, there is still a lot of speculation for the first few weeks, but that is my thought process.
