Is there any files to update to the 'real' teams and players

The game comes with NFL player names in it if you play with default rosters. Team names can be updated to match NFL team names by simply manually typing the 32 franchise nicknames. It just takes a minute or two.

if i started my season/career and chose the wrong option to get real coaches names am i shut out from having this or is there still a way to get them in there? I'm just starting out and have drafted and am in the exhibition season.
