I think this looks okay, but I need a deeper dive.
What's the scouting accuracy? I look at this player, for example:
http://ccfl.fof-belco.com/testdraftee_fullleague.php?playerid=12700
What's interesting is he is 33/33, but his bar pattern was maintained, they just ended up a bit below the bottom of the blue range. Good combines, but his bars weren't great, just solid, and he didn't quite reach his potential. I'm okay with examples like that.
I am now somewhat confused, many values do not match with the predicted ones. For example, endurance, given in the prediction 33-55, but then show 23. Is FOF so unpredictable?

that's where the interviews come in, from what i've found this is how it goes
Very Overrated - most stats at low end of blue bar, with a couple below
Overrated - most stats at the lower end of the blue bar with a couple at the middle
As Scouted - all stats at approximately the middle of the blue bar
Underrated - most stats at the high end of the blue bar with a couple at the middle
Very Underrated - most stats at the high end of the blue bar with a couple above
Hard to Tell - stats can be anywhere from low to high end of blue bar but won't be above or below from what i've seen
Edit: for those that don't know during Early Free Agency you can interview 12 players on the player card after the interview it narrows down the blue bars (they turn gold) and gives you a new stat in the area where the combine scores are on the player card "impression" this is where the above categories are shown

Gestelmack's player WR Corwin Lap's endurance is estimated to be without an interview between 33 and 55. Even if the player were very over-rated, then his endurance should be 33 or 34, on the lower side of the range. In fact, his endurance is 23. This is completely out of the range!?

Splitting this off as it's irrelevant to the matter at hand in the other thread.

if he had been interviewed he may have been in the "Very Overrated" category, as i said Very Overrated and Very Underrated will have flyers below and above respectively from what i've seen

Do you take in consoderation Coaches ability to interview? I mean, is it the same having 10 or 90 Int ability?? Or the more you have the more accurate?

this is in general, bad interviewing skills will of course get the wrong impression sometimes haven't used bad coaches enough to know an actual % though

Interviews can sometimes give bad reports even with good Interviewing bars on the coaches. There's always a dice roll tied to it.
