It's easy to change the font in the game for the player card/places where it calls for a font other than text.
Just rename your font to Bombardr and place it here (yes to overwrite)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Front Office Football Eight\datafile
(** MAKE SURE TO BACK UP THE DEFAULT FILE FIRST **)
You can search the web for NFL team fonts, I'm using one for Jacksonville Jaguars.
