Rookie contracts

Is there any way to choose your own rookie contracts? I thought I remembered a check box somewhere, but I can't find it anywhere. I'm tired of my 7th round scrubs getting signed to 4 year deals automatically.

Not since the new CBA set a rookie scale for contracts. It was changed in FOF to match real life
