MP error "Unable to load game book data file"

I'm getting this error after I import a stage file, we are at the staff retention stage.

I've sent this into support but I thought someone on here may have a fix.

This is on the commissioners machine.

Update, fixed it by rejoining the league.

Now some other owners in the league are getting this error and the record book error.

Am I missing some files for the league update? Are they not getting all the files when they join?

I've sent this into support but I was wondering if anyone else had this same issue and solved it?
