All
After my "wonderful" two months (thank God it was only that long) in the desert I have returned. I got back in the very wee hours this morning. I must give great compliments to Continental Airlines for giving us a most enjoyable flight home. They were fantastic.
I also pray to God none of our members who went over there came to any harm. This being my first post back I don't have any word one way or the other on such things.
I am also greatly thankful to those of you who took the time, in any manner you deemed appropriate, to express your support for those of us who serve. I can assure you, it did not go unnoticed. While I personally did not spend too much time on the front lines, we did have the opportunity to act as the middleman to send along some packages all of you sent to us from back home. I can attest firsthand that the troops on the ground receiving those packages, and continuing to this day to receive them, are deeply thankful.
Once again, thanks for the prayers and support. Damn, it's good to be back home!
