Misplaced window in FOF8

[QuikSand]

Somehow, my main sub-window in FOF8 has gotten relocated a little distance upward and to the left. Wonderfully, this has placed the entire top segment (the one you'd click on to grab and relocate it) out of view, and now there's no obvious way to relocate it.

Anyone know a way to fix this? I guess I could reinstall the whole game, but I'm holding out hope for something lower impact.

Thanks for posting this, I actually have had the same problem for about 6 months now and reading your post made me miraculously think of a fix.

This may sound silly, but you should rotate your screen. No, not the screen itself, but the orientation (Ctrl-Alt-Arrow Left (or Arrow Right)). The first switch will get the sub-windows realigned to default position, they will stick to default on the switch back, so just turn the screen orientation back to normal (Ctrl-Alt-Arrow Up). It fixed my problem at last.

Bingo! That works. I had a minor but annoying issue with window placement and that took care of it.

On my end, the problem seems to reappear every time I load the game, so now I'm applying my own fix every time I go into the game and want to do something with the Individual Statistics or Career Statistics window.
