Constance Wu from Crazy Rich Asians. Can't quite figure it out, she looks great in some pictures and not so much in others ... magic of makeup I'm sure. Which makes me think we should be rating based on au-naturale but don't think we can consistently get those pics.

I gave her the Not because I don't think she's attractive enoigh to rate a Hot. But I would still give her a strong rating in the 1-10 scale, maybe a 7 or 8?

That's a good way of putting it but there are plenty of "cute" that I think is "hot" also, just not in the pron star hot.
