First time purchaser of FOF 8. Question about calling plays.

Hello eveyone, I was wondering if anyone could assist me on a question I have about FOF 8. I downloaded the demo version of FOF 7 and I found it to be outstanding because of all the plays that you can call both offensively and defensively. I really liked how you can click on whether you want a short pass or a long pass and pick the formation and aspects like that. I then purchased FOF 8 thinking I could do the same thing however, to my disappointment, I see that I can only call 12 defensive plays and a limited amount of offensive plays. I don't know why it was changed to lesser options to pick from.



Is there anyway that FOF 8 is able to have more plays to chose from during the game like FOF 7 had? Or is it only to pick them before the game starts and not during it?
