Ever been fired?

Either I am very good, or it is exceptionally difficult to get fired from your job in this game. Has anyone out there been fired by their team? And what seems to trigger the firing? Just curious.

I thought it was usually only if your team loses money for x number of years in a row but I may be wrong.
