Screen setups problems

Screen issues
Not fiddled with this in the past, just let it be as it turned out when installed.
However now I stumbled into trying to get a mod with a background screen with info (ideal weights, draft numbers coach pref and such)

Outer edges of text ends up outside my window, so I tried to see if the game could go Full Screen. Can't find any info on it, but looking at my 1920x1080 screen I can clearly see it's in FOF much lower, perhaps 1024X780.

So question if where do I set screen resoltuios and if it's possible to play Full Screen and not only in Windows. ????

I play on quite a small display (1536x864) so I've rebuilt most of the graphic files for personal use. this includes the splash screen (at the above aspect ratio).
