Is there anywhere I can find some sort of guide to how chemistry works?

For content I'm a longtime lurker and was reading an old dynasty of Quicksand's where he was talking about different numerical groups players personalities fall into and it went way over my head. Like a foreign language.

I'm hoping to learn how to use chemistry effectively in SP just because I've been playing FOF on and off for 20 years and want a new way to enjoy it.

I don't really understand how the personality system works at all.

Like, what does it functionally mean if a guy has a low play to win? I need some sort of primer to how the personality system works.

You seem like be a possible TL;DR sort of guy, so here:

-stop worrying about the answer to all things at once... "chemistry" is about who is the leader, who are his followers for potential affinity/conflict, and how they get along -- and it's entirely based on Leadership and Personality
