FOF has a separate player file creator program, so if you have the desire to make one yourself, it's not impossible. What level of detail you want to add is up to you though.

Where is this file creator program?
it's called PlayerFile.exe, should be in the installation folder of your FOF8 copy.

For example, I found it on my machine in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Front Office Football Eight
