It was "sold", then the conditions changed. After these conditions changed, Jim's post about the game being sold was deleted.

I'm still wondering where the mobile game developer came from.

You should probably hope that I don't go back to solo development at any point. I wouldn't know a Mac from a Peterbilt. When I was in college, Apple was not developer-friendly in the slightest.
