Contract Holdout vs Revenue

If I have a player who holds out all season and I play hard ball with him and refuse to renegotiate his contract but don't cut him:

1. Does he get paid?
a. Does he count towards the cap?
b. Does his salary count against the season profit?

b - yes

It's a good question, and one no one has ever asked. I looked it up a long time ago - things may have changed in the NFL. In the game...

1. No (in the same sense as #b)
a. Yes
b. No
