Is this truncated in some way?

I had collated a number of csvs for the game over a 100 year span, I assumed that all of the players in the game world for that time would have been included in the player_info.csv. However when I compare it against my 80k for rookies in that timeframe, it's only showing around 24k of them in that CSV?

All I was hoping to do was work out 'age' from the draft_year and year_born.

If I recall correctly, players who never played a down in the regular season aren't in that file.
