Super underweight defenders being generated?

Is anyone else noticing very underweight players being generated in the defensive front 7? For example, when creating a fully random league Ive noticed that even 3/4 teams will be playing inside linebackers that are 220-230 pounds which is 10-20 pounds underweight, and outside linebackers that are 240 pounds which is around 20 pounds underweight as well. Ive also seen highly rated players designated as Defensive Ends that are playing at 220-240 pounds which is well under even the smallest DE/LB hybride edge position (43 over right DE/34 WLB that plays at 260ish pounds). Is this a bug in player generation, a new design choice, or just random chance that im reading too much into?

I noticed the same yesterday in a couple of test leagues created with random players. Even had a 212lb ILB, who couldn’t switch to S

I have an undersized ILB (5'10, 216) but mine can move to S but with a steep ratings drop.

Ah - that is correct: I’m at work so haven’t got the game, but yeah, I remember now, he was going to retain only 25% ratings
