Universe Packages

Not sure but hope Ben will at some point collect various universes built by the community to be shared with the community.

With that in mind I offer a simple one for a starting point with more to come.

- A fantasy league with 32 teams running a 32/8/16 scheme.
- A modified default_teams file with the correct data.
- A modified league_info file configured accordingly.
- A created (simple) custom_example file starting in 1980 (can be changed to whatever you want) with a starting CAP that is a bit challenging.
- All the required logos are included.

The game will create players, QB's and coaches. I use a preference draft and have the CAP set at 2/5 to keep it challenging.

Format:

Conferences are North and South. Divisions broken down into East/Central/Mountain and West.

Team examples:

Oklahoma City Outlaws
Chicago Fire
Portland Pirates
Memphis Marauders
Albuquerque Vipers
New Orleasans VooDoo
Austin Scorpions

So back up your associated files. Place the default_teams and league_info files in the default_data folder and the 1980_info file in the custom_example folder. The logos can be stored wherever you want and after the league is created just copied into the associated league logo folder.

This is great! I love creating my own leagues and using all fictional players too. The only question I have is where do I put all of your logos? I do not see any folder for my new league I created. I named it the UFL and cannot find a UFL folder anywhere. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The game created a folder for the universe you created. A subfolder there is for logos and tehy go in there replacing the generic ones.

C:\Users\yourinfo\AppData\Local\Solecismic Software\Front Office Football Nine\saved_games
