There's a real 2023 player file included with the game.

For the team names, if you go into your folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Front Office Football Nine\default_data

There's a team_info.csv, if you edit the 2023 team names to match what you want, I think that works. If it doesn't you need to edit the team names in default_teams.csv for at least the 32_8_17 configuration.
