If the Ds can get the senate they need to push for changes to the system to fix this before the next election. Trump announced he will be coming to Georgia Saturday to campaign for the Senate seats. I guess that answers the question if he will sit this out.

varies by state. Each state's Bar has its own standards for licensure to practice law, so it'd depend on the standards in the state where the lawyer in question has been admitted.

I also don’t think you can argue number 6. Relative to almost any other presidential election I wouldn’t consider 25 days a short period of time and he literally said he will likely never concede.

PA legislature trying to undermine all of the votes in PA and just appoint the electors themselves.

Their excuse is voter fraud and they want to do this without evidence.

Wustin, it us actually even weirder. They want to vote asking to delay certification for both the State and federal elections, and then give no way to pick electors. The problem is they have no plan to pass it by Monday, which means the whole state congress and half the state senate would not be seated without certification. In other words, the resolution was written never to be passed.
