I never thought that we would see a Demcrat win my state again in my lifetime. It is even crazier that the balance of the Senate is going to go through Georgia. I don't feel great about the odds of a Democrat double victory in January, but just having it a real contest is great.

One of the oddities of the right wing move toward extremism is the descent of both Lou Dobbs and Maria Bartiromo into madness. Dobbs, as an old white guy, I guess I can see, but Bartiromo was not so long ago a pretty respected financial reporter, no?
