Can I get a sanity check on that penalty for roughing the passer/blow to the head? I guess he put himself in position where the call could be made but that was light from my homer point of view.

Yup, that has been being called for years now. That headline would have worked better if it had said 2005.

I don't think it gets called 9 times out of 10 but Minnesota was called for a pretty light unnecessary roughness on the next drive so I guess it evened out. Minnesota is playing tough football out there - hopefully Ibrahim is ok.

I know it was only ULM, but it was odd watching UK play with a QB who can throw the ball downfield. Levis and Robinson are going to be 2 impactful transfers this year. Glad to see Robinson back home. Someone explain why college coaches play for 45+ yard FGs? I'd rather throw a pick trying to get into real makeable FG range than run the ball for 2 yards with 20 seconds left and run it down to call TO and take your chances from that far out.

I know there's a lot of season left, but damned if it doesn't look like Alabama and everyone else already.
