Thanks. GTA is one that is not of interest and especially with kids in my house so will wait for a different bundle during Black Friday

Reviews seem to be mixed, but for $20, I'll buy it to support one of my favorite series and to test out things like the eras and dynasty systems, which sound really fun.

I'd be a lot happier if this were in a couple of weeks so I could pair something with Bayonetta 2 and Smash Bros

SI

Guarantee you could trade GTA for something else. Hell, if nothing else, GameStop will have $40 guaranteed trade credit. Trade it in there, and either pick up something you want that's a little older, or spend a little bit out of pocket and wind up with a PS4 and two games you want for $420 or so when all is said and done.

Definitely a strong'ish "just one more day" feel, dunno about replayability or anything, but I can definitely see myself wanting to progress to 5* and get rich, etc. Pretty simple and fun.

Thomkal 11-12-2014 09:32 AM

Gog.com has the original Mount and Blade free, and large discount (-75%) on a package of many (all?) in the series as well large discount (-80%) on "the Ultimate D&D collection". Its part of their fall sale kicking off today. Rogue Legacy is 80% off the next hour as well. Shadowrun Dragonfall: Directors cut, at $9.99 for next two hours. Witcher 2 at $2.99 for 5 hours and many more deals and flash sales to come

Mizzou B-ball fan 11-26-2014 03:57 PM

Shadow of Mordor for PS4 for $25.

Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor PlayStation 4 - Newegg.com

PilotMan 11-26-2014 06:15 PM

Titanfall is $5 on Origin.

vex 11-27-2014 11:50 AM

The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom: Deluxe Gold Edition is $4.99 on Gamestop.

This is tied for the cheapest it has ever been according to CheapShark.

If there's anyone else like me who purchased the original (non legendary version of) Skyrim and just wants the DLC for cheap:

Draft Dodger 11-28-2014 12:41 PM

so far I've picked up Injustice and State of Decay, both more or less on a whim, and also Spore for my daughter

Been on the fence buying this one myself. As someone who has playing every version of this series, I thought it was a must buy, until I read some of the reviews. Some seem to really enjoy the game, others have shown some significant gameplay changes (not necessarily for the better).

mattlanta 11-29-2014 02:02 PM

Any deals for Destiny Xbox One?

rjolley 11-29-2014 02:18 PM

If anyone is looking for The Elder Scrolls Anthology for Windows, Best Buy has it for $14.99.

INDalltheway 12-02-2014 11:18 PM

I just picked up Tropico 5 and South Park Stick of Truth for $14.. Ubisoft is running a BOGO sale right now.

Yes that is I figure.

Had my eye on the new X-Com and Amazon has it on sale

$8.99 for the 360 or on sale for the PC for $12.99

Leaning toward the PC version, any input?

One thing to remember for anyone considering the 360 version is that on consoles the expansion Enemy Within is a separate stand alone game and can't be purchased as DLC.

NobodyHere 12-13-2014 11:03 AM

If you can I'd wait for the Steam sale that starts next week.

1/2 price Destiny(360) and COD(xb1) at Microsoft store

RainMaker 12-15-2014 07:24 AM

Amazon has NBA2K15 at $30 right now.

Anyone with advice on the best place to buy another PS4 controller? I should have snagged one when they were on sale a couple weeks ago.

They have one with a game for $43 if interested.

DualShock 4 Wireless Controller + Injustice: Gods Among Us (PlayStation 4) $43 + Free Shipping - Amazon Deals, Coupons and Promos

If not, they have them for $28.50 over at Sears online.

RainMaker 12-15-2014 08:44 AM

Where are you seeing the Sears deal? I can't find it on their site anywhere.

Thanks for the Amazon tip. Not a huge fan of the white but for $20 less I'd go for it. I'd probably just trade the game in for $5 or whatever.

Google Shopping page lists the options.

Sony Dual Shock 4 Game pad - for Game console

cthomer5000 12-19-2014 05:19 PM

It ends tomorrow, but there is a pretty great PS4 deal going at Target (if you can find one in store).

You end up paying $340 (before tax) for the console, a $20 playstation store giftcard, and whatever bundled games the console comes with.

you need to use a coupon from their website (or app) and use in-store ....details here:
Sony PlayStation 4 Console w/ 1 Select PS4 Game + $20 PSN Code $340 (in Target Stores) - Target Stores Deals, Coupons and Promos

I picked one up on Wednesday, and got the "pick 1 of 4 games" bundle (digital download). I went with Far Cry 4.

If you live in an area where the black Friday bundles are still in stock you there is also the GTA 5 + The Last Of Us option.

I was considering waiting a while longer, but it is a very good deal and I really want to play Bloodborne when that releases.

lighthousekeeper 12-19-2014 10:13 PM

If you create a Playfire account and link it to your steam account, you can get a free random Steam game.

STEAM Key for FREE: A random game! (10 games list) (offer by Playfire / Green Man Gaming!) 12-19-2014 - Slickdeals.net

I got Speedball 2 HD.

Amazon has Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare for $39.....

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - Xbox 360

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - Xbox One

PS 4 Version

SackAttack 12-20-2014 08:51 AM

My Steam account is already linked to Playfire courtesy of the Golden Joysticks. I wanted that free X-Com, which is a better game than any on that list.

I'm happy with my choice.

dzilla77 12-22-2014 03:00 PM

Thanks for the heads up on CiM. Normally, I delete those emails without paying much attention to them, but I am always up for a free game.

Get the PC version. Then get the Long War Mod.

Make sure you get Enemy Within of course, it doesn't work with Enemy Unknown.

Valkyria Chronicles is 50% off on Steam. It's foolish not to have that game for $10. It's fantastic.
