Well Cote de Pablo scored miserably, with many a voter saying she is hot for a guy but not for a woman, or something like that. 22.67% just above Super Bowl Half Time Show Madonna!

Now we are on to a geekier girl who I'm sure many of you will know but the normal handful will question who she is. Summer Glau has been in Firefly/Serenity, The Sarah Connor Chronicles, and a bunch of other Sci-Fi type stuff. I'm predicting something between 50-70 for her.

eta: To elaborate a bit, the tshirt/bikini bottom pic is definitely hot. A couple others are potentially and a couple are bad. Looking closer, I don't think the bikini bottom pic is the same girl.

Just checked out her IMDB and I've never seen a single thing she's been in, which makes me feel better about not knowing who she is.

Huh.. totally looks like Olivia Wilde in that shot. Either way, not indicative of how she looks 95% of the time in my opinion.

She looks like a slightly quirkier/geekier version of Brooke Burke, and since I can't stand Brooke Burke, I say no.

For me it's a walking and talking issue. I remember seeing FIrefly and her in it and was incredibly underwhelmed especially since I heard many people talking her up before I watched it. This was postcancellation when I finally watched it too. She just has nothing. No life to her. Just bleh. Maybe it's because she shares screentime with Gina Torres who is F***ING BLAZING HOT! and just can't compete. But ever since seeing her there I have not been a fan. A couple of those photos are nice but I'm more influenced by the NOT this time around.

Hmmm relooking at the pictures even the ones that are supposed to be sexy seem posed within an inch of their lives and she seems uncomfortable.

Two "nots" in a row. Very unusual for me. But there is just something off-putting about her.

I can get behind Summer Glau.

I remember her from the 4400 and in that she was just weird. I can't help but think about how not hot she was on that show.

One of those girls at first sight you aren't necessarily into, but then you find yourself being weirdly turned on by. By the end of the night she's the only thing you want to take home. I feel you. HOT

Yeah, I've never felt the adulation a lot of people have for her. She certainly looks hot at times. It's hard to pin her look down, I'd be hard pressed to pick her out a lot of times, her look seems to differ so much. Like that this

I like exotic looking faces, but hers is a bit off to me. Still, while she's not my favorite cup of tea, she does enough for me to get a hot vote. I'm not that picky.

Summer is pretty rare - she generally looks prettier when she's not smiling. That's extremely uncommon.

Frankly, I'm too old to vote, so I abstain. At my age, voting on the hotness of a girl who isn't even 21 yet is just kind of...well...icky.

I really like her body, but I could see how someone might be off-put by her face.

She has gotten better looking as she has aged. She was very much in the "no" at one point and then suddenly one day I was like, "Wait a minute..."

Just because she was on a show with four hotter chicks, that doesn't necessarily mean that she's not hot herself. All that means is the people casting for the female roles for Firefly did a really good job.

Fair point, and why I usually hate when people make that comment. This just stood out for me and my tastes, and impacts how I view her. Hottest chick on a show is going to stand out more than fifth hottest on a show, even if it's the same chick.

Again, that being said, just not my type.

That said, Pete Rose is still not hot.

I tend to not vote on these things, because the top 90% of Hollywood is ridiculously hot in comparison to the rest of the world. I'd imagine if I met Summer Glau in person, and she were into old people like me and I liked her personality, I'd think of her as just about the hottest woman I know.

I feel pretty impartial since I can't remember seeing her that often. Having said that and checking her pics. She is hot hot hot! The differences we all have are amazing. To each his own I guess. I'd be happy to take her.

summer is in the pantheon of epic hotness! she is what all other women should be judged from. that being said, some awful pics of her were chosen in the OP.

After looking at dozens of pics with a Google image search, I had to go "not".

She's quite capable of being hot, and at times she is, but more often she's not.

Hmmm - in addition to pictures, I also make it a habit to watch a couple of videos. I found one of an FHM shoot, and I gotta say it convinced me to vote Hot.

Possibly relevant information: She was a professional ballerina for a very long time. I believe its how Whedon found her actually.

Yeah something like that. She's got versatility to her, so this is really a difficult choice. Normally I'd vote Not, but when she's on, she's something striking.

And they usually annoy me too and I usually don't make them. But that's where my opinion of her was largely formed and these pictures don't sway that opinion, they enforce it.

Actually I think River and the engineer both tie for last in hotness and Gina places both 1st and 2nd. Then the rich girl, then whoever was guest-starring, then these two.

Staite is miles ahead of Glau, who is a little ahead of the other two, who appear to be about equally meh (of the ten pics I saw between them, only one was even moderately hot)

As I mentioned in a previous post, I tend to vote on these polls like a HOF voter.

Just about everyone on the list would be one of the hottest people you had met if you saw them in person, and probably at least an 8 or 9 if we were running a 1-10 scale, so I am looking for something more before I vote yes. I think I am voting yes in less than 10% of these polls.
