I don't usually get ideas for a game, but I had a thought yesterday and started fleshing out some ideas. Doesn't look like a lot of action lately, so if folks want, I can run it as soon as I work out rules / roles. It will be a fairly basic game with a couple minor things to spice it up.

I keep brainstroming really cool ideas for my next game. I'd like to all dibs on the Cthulhu Mythos. If I can suss out the mechanics, and there are a lo of issues, then this will be a synthesis of my games - Mine Wars, Masque of Red Death, and The Dungeon.

During the entire histroy of WW, no one has used a single Cthulhu Mythos game. If you want Nyarlathotep for your game for the very first one before I go, then that's fine I supposre.

I do however have a cthulhuy themed game in mind but I doubt it will be like your game plus it's just an idea. :)

Now that this game is going, the rest of the people on the list might want to speak up about who is ready to go next. It seems the order is mainly "who is ready" nowadays. :)

I'm thinking of running a game after CrimsonFox, if no one else is. But I would give first dibs to anyone already on the list and ready, or anyone who tried to run a game during our lull but couldn't get the signups.

Do we have a current list of potential GM's? Not sure if the last list that I see there is current but see that I am after CF on that list. If that is where we are at I will get a game together to post signups for sometime this week to start next week.

I was wondering about the current state of the list myself. I very much would like to be able to run Spawn sometime this summer and am hoping the timing will allow me to do so.

I think the list is meaningless after this long of a gap and we should put together a new one. I'd like to be on it, I actually have a couple games just about ready. EF and BK. Barkeep - when would be good timing for you?

I actually was thinking we should probably run a fairly vanilla game next, perhaps, if some of these new guys want to stick around. Makes it easier to get into the variant games if you've got the basics figured out.

I'd be looking at, ideally, running the game in July. Very end of June or start of August would also work.

I may be traveling for work again and am unsuer when that will start. The only thing I know is that it won't be for a couple weeks at least. If no one else wants to go with the next one I could do that. If someone else wants to go with the next one then put me at the bottom of the list as that should give me time to see what my future travel schedule will be.

I'm fine with you going next. I've got something almost ready, but I don't have any particular time schedule at this point of the year.

My only thought is that maybe we should have something at least semi-vanilla up next. But that's up to you.

I'll go semi-vanilla (just with a theme). I'll hold off on The Amazing Race 2 until later this year.
