Playbooks not being implemented after TC

Hi all,

Having a problem where plays being run in preseason are not what they should be. Affecting multiple teams. Is the FPN file still a thing in this version? I am about 3 weeks old as a commish, trying to learn on the job but I am at a loss here with what I need to do. Any advice appreciated.
