FOOLX is a long running OOTP league that started when OOTPX came out. FOFC has been its home since it started. The legaue just recently switched over to OOTP12. We need 5 owners.

London - Just finished 82-80, in 5th place. Can you turn them into a contender?
Las Vegas - Finished 79-83, in 6th place. A little works can turn them around!
St. Cloud - Just won the Championship!
Stafford - 59-103, worst team in the league. I know you can turn them around!
Waikiki - 81-81, another middle of the road team
