I have always hated junk like Candy Crush, or other games that you have to connect 3 gems/colors/whatever, but this game has grabbed me for a while. Maybe it's the kid in me that enjoys opening "packs" and finding out what's in them, getting new characters and leveling them up.

Anyway, I've been playing for quite a while, and just wanted to see if anyone on FOFC does too. I would love to form a FOFC guild. I'm in one now, but we're not getting anywhere. I'm kind of carrying the group.

Also, I'm very excited, because the Deadpool character and story-line was introduced today, and it is awesome. Just hilarious. Join me!!!

I actually just saw it was updated so tried it again. Not bad for those type puzzlers. I got a level 40 Storm in a pack so she gets to go on every mission.

I played it for months until the update that activated cloud saves ate my 'main' save by overwriting it with my laptop save.

I uninstalled it in a rage.

What do alliances do? Maybe we can create our own called T.R.O.U.T. or Colossal Squid or something.

I tried to create an alliance, but it cost 2500 iso. I've been using mine to level up my heroes.

I have plenty of spare ISO so I created it. I made it private though.

The alliance is called T.R.O.U.T.

Reinstalled since I'm seeing a bunch of people on my friends list playing. Figured I'd see if they've changed anything. They have.

One of the things they've changed is that you can apparently spend ISO to buy levels. My 'low-level' save was apparently still around, and I had the option to spend 1100 ISO to raise Thor from level 7 to level 22. I spent it, it raised him to level 13, and now says it would cost 0 ISO to raise him to 22, but isn't actually doing anything. Other heroes are showing with negative ISO costs.

I think since I made it private, each member has to be approved. You're approved in there now. The alliance is at 8/8 currently though, and I used through my extra Hero Points so don't have enough for the next increase right now :)

(600 HP for 6 members, 700 HP for the 7th, 800 HP for the 8th, so need 900 HP for the next one).

My thinking is if there are a bunch more interested, it might make sense to form a second fofc alliance. If there aren't too many more though, I'll eventually scrap up the extra coins to increase it.

Next spot is 1000 hero points to create. If anyone wants to make that donation, just say so. :) I'll be working on trying to save up the points for it in the mean time.

Wow, that is expensive, and it is only for spot #10. Imagine what #25 would cost.

That's crazy. I have all of 25 at the moment. Gulp.

I keep getting the Check Internet Connection error on my tablet whenever I try to start it up this morning, yet everything else Internetwise on the device works fine.

that happened the other night when the servers went down during the deadpool event. that's probably what's going on here also.

I got my Shield PvP score up to 1900 to get the last Hero Points needed to open up a 10th spot in the Alliance. Since then I've been pummeled back down to like 1714 or something score :)

Either way, next spot is 1100 HP to open up. I don't know if we have anyone even interested in the spot, but if anyone wants to donate that money just let us know!

I'm likely going to save up my next rounds of HP to unlock more cover spots and stuff for a bit now.

Alan - Nice job on the weapon tex-mex season.

I was up to 31st at one point, but started to get crushed the final 6-8 hours since my highest covers are all level 40. Making it more difficult was the limited options on who I could go up against (level 90+ covers).

Just glad to make it top 100 to get the 3 star cover Human Torch.

I mostly am just trying to collect up more 3* covers to do my next transition in the game. I am pretty happy with my normal 2* team for most events now, and can do pretty well against any other 2* teams in PvP. I just am not able to beat the teams with three characters at level 166 yet :)

I've been trying to get in the top 10 in each of the contests, which usually is good for 3 covers that I can use. Right now my only 3* characters that are solid is Wolverine (Patch) and Punisher, and both pretty much cover the same colors. So what I would really like to do is finish my Magneto instead I think... if I can ever get another cover for him that is.

I'd enter the events more often if my "strong" save hadn't been wiped out by the stealth introduction of cloud saves. The team I've got right now is right on the border of being competitive. It was able to do Deadpool and do well, but the last couple events haven't been feasible.

What happened to T.R.O.U.T.? It doesn't appear to exist anymore.

Aw, Christ. My team got overwritten again? The hell?

My desktop now has my roster from earlier this year when cloud saves overwrote what I'd previously had. My laptop has the roster I've been building since.

I have no idea WTF is going on here.

I picked it up again a few days ago. My two top heroes are lvl 40 base, but otherwise it's a passel of lvl 15 base heroes.

Just logged in and my roster seems to be intact. I am also still in T.R.O.U.T. which shows at full 10 members.

Yeah, I'm not sure what's going on. My laptop has the correct roster and has me as part of T.R.O.U.T. My desktop is like "T.R.O.U.T.? What's that? Also, you have The Hood and Loki instead of Nick Fury and Deadpool."

I may have to just play on my laptop until shit gets figured out.

I'm loving this game. I'm willing to spend some coins to add some more spots if we have folks interested.

And my roster is back. I'm guessing it was having trouble retrieving the Steam cloud save because my client wasn't updated or something.

I've pretty much stopped playing, so I'm willing to leave the group and make space for someone who wants to join.

Ok, I'm finally back from my 40 days in the desert. Literally.

I've got to update the game before I can play, but I should be able to do that later today.

Odd, I can't find the game within my Steam listing although I can find the icon for it in my Steam folder. I know I played it as well.

The Free to Play games don't stay listed in your library if you uninstall them. You have to go into the store and redownload them. Your save should still be present, but it doesn't stay in your library the way a game you own would, if you've uninstalled it.

They need to link the steam version to the android version...Or is it already?

I don't think they ever linked the two.

Also, the latest updated gave every alliance 20 total spaces, so there are 10 empty spaces in T.R.O.U.T., if anybody's either been playing and wants in, or wants to start playing with the FOFC community.
