Head Coaches being fired?

Hello

In a MP game has anyone heard of a HC being fired for poor performance by the game even though the team is controlled by a human GM. Also have you ever heard of a third HC being employed in the staff hiring stage?

I seen human controlled team have their HC fired by the AI for poor performance. Think of that as the owner overriding the GM and firing the staff.

Ever seen a winning Coach get fired? We had one several seasons ago. I figured GM input error.
