Almost nothing in nature is blue. Sure the sky and the sea. But what else? Indigo.

No, we have a dessert at work right now that has fresh blueberries in it, and they are in fact a very deep shade of blue. Their juice may be purple, but the skin of the fresh fruit is very much blue...

There is some, as been mentioned.

Blue corn comes from the Pueblo Indian tribes, mainly in Northern New Mexico (wonderful cuisine, one of my favorites)

Blueberries do come in various shades of blue, depending upon ripeness and region. Unlike grapes which despite their skin, all oozes clear juice, bluberries have a nice blue liquid.

Blue sweet potatoes I don't know about.

This is one of my favorite George Carlin bits.
