Winter Valley just recently announced that Maximum Football can now have 3 options....American, Canadian, or Indoor football rules. Wow, what an all aound football game. I cant wait to check this out.

With the addition of Indoor rules this game looks like could be the ultimate football game.

Indoor rules would have that big of an impact on you?

I guess it's a nice touch if the rest of the game is solid, but it wouldn't even be a selling point for me.

I would say it's a selling point for me. If it does the indoor well, then it'll definatly be worth a buy imo.

sabotai, did you pitch your game? No FLS: Football link anymore?

This game will take several versions to catch up to the pack, in my opinion.

Yes it would have that big of an impact on me, I probably would have bought it anyways, since it is nice to play Canadian or American rules, but now with Indoor football option as well, I will for sure be purchasing this game.

I have been waiting to see a decent arena/indoor football game (and no that crap Kurt Warner Unleashed game is not a decent one).

This way I could actually play a season of each, so many options, IMO this will have more playability and not get old like the other football games out there with no options.

As long as this is better than that CFL '99 game Winter Valley released (way too sloppy and buggy of a game) I think this is promising alot of great things.

This game looks interesting to me, but I seem to remember reading somewhere that it won't have any career mode where players age, retire, etc? Anyone else heard this?

I've been watching this site for a long time. The game has been in development SO long that I have lost interest completely.

I pay absolutely no attention to arena or Canadian football IRL so it does nothing for me here...the only way it could sway me is if, in a career, the leagues ran simultaneously and you could bring players from one league to the other.

Nope, scrapped it. Wasn't turning out good so I'm heading back to the designing board.
