Mystery Substance Forces Man From Home

AVON, Ind. -- Darryl Roach wants to know the source of the stinky white stuff that fell on his house last weekend.

Roach lives near the Indianapolis International Airport.

Airport officials are testing the substance to see if it came from a plane.

Roach said a strip of white drops ran across his roof and his deck. He first noticed it Sunday evening and said the smell was so bad he had to sleep in a hotel room Sunday night.
