What will be the best football video game of 2003????
NCAA 2004
|
Ah, fixed the Madden year to 2004. Good work!
Oh, and I voted for Madden, but that's because I like the NFL more than college football. Both will be great (I hope). |

Yeah I messed up my first poll...:p |
If the Owner mode in Madden is as good as I am hoping...Madden all the way!
|
I don't know it was tough. Gamebreaker or NCAA 2004? In the end I decided on NCAA 2004. ;) Only reason over Madden, is because I'm a bigger college fan.

Gamebreaker or NCAA??? This was a tough choice...Why??? While I have only played gamebreaker 98, I have owned every ncaa game and NCAA is hands down the best College football video game.... |
I'd give a slight nod to NCAA2004 over Madden2004, but it's very close.
|
NCAA or Madden, I'll give the nod to NCAA, but time will tell.
I just preordered Madden yesterday at Gamestop. I was going to wait for ESPN football, but then again I'll be importing the college players, so there's only one choice. Todd |
I voted for NCAA Football 2004, Madden has a chance to be the best if they impliment the owner mode correctly, but I'm going with the sure thing...
|
I prefer the NFL to college and seeing my team's stars go through their careers. I'll take Madden.
|
Why is Gameday even up there? 989 Sports has to make the worst football games ever, not to mention all their other sports games that suck. Can someone tell me how 989 is still in business?

Sorry, i forgot to add the sarcasm tags. |
I'm hoping that .400's total pro football is da bomb. I have my reservations though.

I was going to say the same thing. I also think Xbox football owners are going to be pleasantly surprised at how much better Fever is this season - a definite consideration for Xbox football gamers, especially ones that want to play online. |
I think both NCAA and Madden will be good this year, but I always find myself playing NCAA more than Madden, and I assume that will be the case this year, as well. But we'll see, I think they will both be very good. As for the other games, I don't even bother to look at the backs of the boxes anymore.

I'm amazed that no one mentionned Sega's NFL2K4 as a contender...
As for me, after turning my back on the Madden series for some years, I have been really impressed and pleased with the progress witnessed on the 2003 version. So I'll go with Madden 2004. |
Am I the only one who checks his e-mail daily to see if they have billed his credit card for NCAA 2004 yet? Cuz when it's been billed, that means it is on the way. :)

Surely you're not the only one, but it'll sit until football season starts and I can get out of baseball mode and into football mode. Todd |
I was planning on just waiting for Madden and making it my only football console purchase of the year. I still voted for Madden but you guys have me seriously considering buying NCAA 2004 when it comes out...

I'm always in football mode, baby! I voted for NCAA because nothing captures the feel of the game quite like it. I'll definitetly be purchasing Madden, but this year for the PC, because I didn't use the draft as much as I thought. I'm hopefull for the .400 studios product as well. Of course a first generation game is probably not going to be the best one of the year, but it has the potential to become the dominant text sim on the market. Edited: Because people like to be jerks |

You have been cited by the grammar police and sentenced to read this thread. |
It's kinda funny that nobody has voted for the crappy sony football games... Well I guess it's not that funny... :P

Most of my friends are too. I just can't get into a new game until that sports season is in full swing. I'm weird in that way. Todd |
Since it seems pretty obvious that we won't have any new FOF games, at least this year, I am really interested in giving a shot at Total Pro Football from .400 studios.
It "sounds" promising.... |
