I am selling these players and I wondered with the new winger set up, if they are worth more and if so, how much more?

Hard to say at this point. Depends on how many jump on board the winger training bandwagon. I'd guess they'll be worth more in a week or two because there's probably going to be a frenzy about that time to start training them.
