Well CA to MD seems like a bit of a hike, and as AE mentioned, I have a mesed up ankle (UGH, see the doc again on Friday the 21st to get my MRI read, let's keep our fingers crossed).

After I'm out of the cup (shouldn't be too long), I'm in for friendlies. Might even be persuaded to f@$# for it. :p ;)

nope, look at the Cup page for any Country, here's what it says...

* League size of 10920 and more: 8192 teams in the Cup
* League size 2728 teams: 2048 teams in the Cup
* League size 680 teams: 512 teams in the Cup
* League size 168 teams: 128 teams in Cup
* League size 40 teams: 32 teams in Cup

Sverige is in the first category, which means that not all of the top 6 levels will play a cup match. Sverige has 7 levels. 3ric is indeed in level 7, so no cup match for him :(

In Canada, there are 2048 participants in the Cup, which means that all teams ranked 5th or better in level 5 get to play a cup match...

There are 27304 teams in Sweden, meaning that some 18000 teams aren't playing in the cup...
