Team Spirit Cap

Ok, I seem to remember that somewhere along the line I learned that similar to Divine player attributes, not all Paradise on Earth team spirit ratings are created equal. Therefore, you can't maximize team spirit, and PIC-ing even after you have POE will still increase team spirit. Is this correct? After tonight, my TS should drop from POE to the level below that, but after PIC-ing my next league game, I should be a solid POE. My question is, if my next Cup Game is PIC-able, would that help my cause at all? A week from Sunday I play one of two tough teams in my division...I was 1-0-1 against them last year, and neither of our teams has changed much.

Well I think it should help. Do you have any anti-clowns or some really bad personalties. That could hurt Team Spirit. Another PIC should help your TS unless you have an anti-clown.

I am not sure if that is right maybe TP6 or someone else who really knows TS can help you or tell me if I am right.

You can tell your level of TS in HAM... it is true that you can get it higher, but I've noticed that it drops faster the higher you go. Maybe I'll take a screenshot of it someday and show it to you.

dola
just checked it... it can go up to level 15 according to HAM. Level 9 is POE! I've had it up to 11, which it dropped to 9 like a day or two after.

For people without HAM, it's also probably readable in the HRF file. Just need to know where to look for it...

I am thinking it is this value:

stamningValue=5

because the value below it is:

stamning=calm

people don't use HAM? :p

POE isn't unlimited from my experience. Apoc believes there is about another level after the start of POE.

This can be demonstrated by look at the begninning of my last season. I PIC my first two cup matches and my first league match to get TS up to POE. Of course it dropped to delirious a couple days before my league match. So it stayed POE for about two daily updates. So I PIC my next league match since I didn't have a prayer of winning. It goes up to POE again. I'm not quite sure if it went down again before my cup match though. Anyway I PICed the next cup match (which makes 5 PICs in a row), and it dropped to delirious again during the economy update. So it stayed at POE a bit longer the more I PICed, but there nothing to indicate TS can go too far beyond POE.

I'd say it can't go to high because if you PIC for 10 straight weeks and then MOTS I'm pretty sure your TS would be pretty shitty

lytic 07-31-2003 10:28 AM

According to HAM I did have it 2 levels about POE (11), but only for a day or 2 and it then dropped back to a 9 (skipped 10).

TS levels aren't linear from what I've been told. If there are levels above POE, I imagine they are fairly small and rather hard to maintain.

Law of diminishing returns? Oh well...thanks for the input guys. If I want to stay in the cup, I'm not going to be PIC-ing my next opponent, so I'll just stick with my normal POE team spirit :)
