Quick Coach question....
 

if i bought the cheapest solid coach with poor leadership. How many seasons would he stay at Solid???

Im hoping at least 3-4, but the new coaching system kind of confuses me :)

From what I understand, he'd stay a solid coach forever, but would lose one skill level of leadership per season.

I thought it was the other way. His leadership stays the same, but his coach skill drops one level every season. Of course, I could be wrong (I usually am :D).

i "think" its your leadership drops every season or 2 and once it hits disastorous your coaching skill drops.

But im not sure either :)

I think the leadership drops until it reaches disastrous, then the coach level starts to drop.

But I still don't know how long it takes to do those things. :)

Something like:

Season 1: solid/poor
Season 2: solid/poor
Season 3: solid/wretched
Season 4: solid/disastrous
Season 5: passable/disastrous

ahhh cool then buying a solid coach for 270k isn't such a bad deal if he lasts 5 season. By then i should be rolling in money ;)

I agree with dacman as far as the progression goes. But if I read it right, it won't necessarily be every season that you have a drop. Remember, ratings in Hattrick are verbal description of numbers. A two coaches with passable leadership, say one with 6.11 and one with 6.82, won't be dropping to inadequate at the same time.

It's a rough estimate, but I'd say he'll stay solid for ~4 seasons.

Do keep in mind, you'll have a harder time improving low TS or maintaining high TS with a coach with bad leadership.
