The second dropdown is for astrological signs and affinty groups.

the third dropdowns are to filter for leadership

the fourth dropdown are to filter for Experience

the fifth dropdowns are to filer for Potential Talent

the sixth dropdowns are to filer for Future Talent

the seventh and eigth let you sort.

The "annual" field is the total request divided by the number of years. It is no good when working with cap for a single year.
