Mandatory or volunteer missions
Do you prefer me just assigning planes to missions, or being able to volunteer for missions?
If I just assign people to missions, I can make sure that everyone does the same types of missions, etc. However each crew takes the same risks bascially as i run all 12 planes to similar missions. This is also the fastest option especially if im not updating the crews. I would say 1 mission every night, and sometimes 2 missions.
If we just take volunteers, I would need to find a different way to handle things to keep if fair for those people that are not on the board all of the time. Please leave suggestions. This will definately keep things at a slow pace, since I have to wait for voluneteers. I would say 1 mission every two days.
